Indus Hospital Marks International Men’s Day with “Wellbeing at Work” Session

In recognition of International Men’s Day, Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) organized a special session titled “Wellbeing at Work,” focusing on the mental and physical wellbeing of men—an important topic that is often overlooked in professional environments.

The session provided a safe and supportive platform for meaningful discussion around men’s health, self-care, and overall wellbeing. Participants actively engaged in the conversation with openness and interest, reflecting the growing need for spaces that encourage men to prioritize their mental and physical health.

IHHN was privileged to have Mr. Mustafa Bilal Khawaja and Dr. Syed Najeeb Naimatullah as trainers for the session. Through thoughtful discussions, practical insights, and empathetic guidance, the trainers helped participants better understand the importance of mental health, self-awareness, and balanced living.

The initiative reinforced Indus Hospital & Health Network’s commitment to promoting a healthy and inclusive workplace culture, where wellbeing is recognized as a key component of personal growth, professional performance, and overall quality of life
