Fast Cables – Indus Hospital & Health Network Golf Tournament 2025 Successfully Held in Karachi

Karachi: The 11th Annual Fast Cables – Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) Golf Tournament 2025 was held with great enthusiasm at the Karachi Golf Club, with participation from over 150 golfers. The primary objective of the tournament was to raise funds for the emergency services of Indus Hospital & Health Network.

The event was graced by international tennis star Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi as the Chief Guest. The ceremony was also attended by Chairman Indus Hospital Abdul Karim Paracha, Board Members Saleem Razaq Tabani and Khalid Khanani, along with renowned anchorperson Shafaat Ali.

Played in the Four-Ball Texas Scramble format, the tournament not only showcased competitive golfing talent but also brought together recovered patients, philanthropists, and individuals from diverse walks of life on the Indus Hospital platform, united by a shared commitment to providing free and quality healthcare.

President Indus Hospital & Health Network, Dr. Abdul Bari Khan, thanked the participants and sponsors, stating:
“This tournament is a powerful example of collective compassion. With your support today, we will be able to save more lives and bring hope to those who are waiting for treatment.”

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi said that Indus Hospital is serving humanity selflessly and added that the tennis fraternity will now also become an active part of this noble mission, pledging full support for the cause.

Funds raised through the tournament will be utilized directly for Indus Hospital & Health Network’s mission of providing completely free, world-class healthcare to over 500,000 patients every month across Pakistan.

The event also highlighted the ongoing expansion project at the Korangi Campus, Karachi, which will transform the existing 300-bed facility into a state-of-the-art 1,350-bed tertiary care hospital, significantly enhancing capacity to meet growing healthcare needs.

Executive Director, Directorate of Communications & Resource Development, Syed Mashhood Rizvi, said:
“This tournament is not just a sporting event—it is a foundation for a healthier future of Pakistan. The support of our partners and participants proves that together, we can make life-saving healthcare accessible to all.”

Since its inception in 2016, the Indus Hospital Golf Tournament has emerged as a prominent annual event, successfully blending sport with philanthropy and uniting communities for a shared humanitarian purpose.
