Indus Yaqeen Youth Volunteers Turn Compassion into Action Through Lahore Bake Sale

Lahore: Indus Yaqeen, the youth empowerment program of Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN), organized a Bake Sale at Dolmen Mall Lahore on September 6, 2026, to mark World Charity Day and promote the spirit of giving, compassion, and community service among young people.

The initiative brought together 24 student volunteers from various educational institutions, including Message Grammar School, Green International University, Unique High School & College, and Trinity School. The young volunteers actively participated in the Bake Sale, offering a variety of homemade baked goods and engaging with visitors to encourage them to support the initiative.

The Bake Sale provided an opportunity for the volunteers to contribute their time, skills, and efforts toward a meaningful cause while raising awareness about the importance of charity and collective community action. Through their participation, the students demonstrated how young people can play a valuable role in creating a culture of generosity and social responsibility.

The event also served as a platform to highlight the values promoted by Indus Yaqeen, which seeks to empower youth to become active and responsible contributors to society.
