Building a Healthier Workforce: IHHN Hosts “Refresh, Reset, Revive” Session
Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) recently organized an engaging wellness session titled “Refresh, Reset, Revive”, conducted by Muneeb Masood, a qualified fitness professional with extensive experience in Pakistan’s fitness industry, alongside Misbah Kamran (MSc, RDN) from the Indus Nutrition Department.
The session encouraged employees to adopt a holistic approach to well-being by focusing on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle balance. Mr. Muneeb led an interactive demonstration featuring simple, time-efficient exercises that can easily be incorporated into daily routines. Participants learned how regular physical activity can improve posture, energy levels, and overall health — without the need for specialized equipment. He also addressed common myths about gym culture, inspiring participants to view fitness as an achievable and sustainable lifestyle.
Adding to the experience, Ms. Misbah Kamran shared practical nutrition strategies designed for workplace settings. Her insights helped employees understand how small dietary adjustments can enhance productivity, maintain energy, and promote long-term health.
The session emphasized that true wellness is a balance of physical activity, mindful nutrition, and self-care, all essential for maintaining energy and focus in demanding healthcare environments.
At Indus Hospital & Health Network, employee well-being remains a core priority. By investing in staff health and vitality, IHHN continues to build a culture of compassion, energy, and resilience — ensuring that those who care for others are also cared for.
