i-Hope Volunteer Program – Summer 2025: A Journey of Learning and Inspiration
Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) successfully concluded the first batch of i-Hope Volunteer Program – Summer 2025 at its Jubilee Town Campus, Lahore. This immersive experience welcomed a dynamic group of students from various schools across Lahore, eager to explore the world of healthcare, community service, and professional growth.
From day one, students were warmly welcomed, followed by a comprehensive hospital tour and interactive sessions that brought them closer to IHHN’s mission of providing free, quality healthcare. They participated in diverse learning modules, including:
- Skill-building activities such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and fire safety training
- Hands-on exposure through departmental rotations and patients’ interaction
- Career counseling and motivational sessions
- Engagement in youth-led initiatives like the Indus Yaqeen Youth Ambassador Program (IYYAP)
The program was not just about learning—it was about connecting with purpose. Students described the experience as wholesome and transformative. They left as inspired changemakers—now part of the Indus community and ready to advocate for a healthier Pakistan.
At the closing ceremony, special highlight of the program was a virtual address by Dr. Abdul Bari Khan, President IHHN, who encouraged students to serve with compassion and purpose. Participants were awarded certificates of completion in recognition of their dedication and enthusiasm.
Dr. Shafique Haider, CEO IHHN-North, delivered final remarks. He appreciated the students’ commitment and urged them to become ambassador of hope as they are the future of Pakistan and have the power to shape a better tomorrow.
Through i-Hope, IHHN is shaping tomorrow’s compassionate leaders—those who will carry the torch of change, service, and philanthropy.
Together, we’re building a future led by purpose-driven youth.
