RTEH Muzaffargarh Hosts Second Live Urethroplasty Workshop in South Punjab

Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital (RTEH), Muzaffargarh, managed by Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN), successfully organized a one-day Live Surgical Demonstration Workshop on Urethroplasty, marking the second time this specialized training has been conducted in South Punjab—an achievement unique to the institution.

The workshop featured live surgical demonstrations, providing participants with valuable, hands-on exposure to advanced urological procedures and operating theatre practices. The initiative brought together clinicians and trainees, fostering knowledge-sharing and practical learning in a highly specialized field.

Dr. Ehsan ul Haq, Associate Professor at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, participated as a guest expert and shared his expertise on anastomotic and graft urethroplasty techniques. The session was led by Dr. Qazi Muhammad Naeem, Head of the Urology Department at RTEH.
