International HR Day Observed at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital Muzaffargarh

International HR Day was celebrated at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital Muzaffargarh with great enthusiasm and participation from employees across various departments. The event was attended by the Head of Campus, Head of Operations, members of the management team, doctors, nurses, and a large number of support staff.

Senior Manager HR, Mr. Ahmad Mumtaz, and Manager HR, Mr. Umar Aftab Khan, warmly welcomed all participants and highlighted the significance of the Human Resources profession in organizational growth and employee development.

Addressing the ceremony, Head of Campus Dr. Irfan Javed stated that the purpose of celebrating International HR Day is not only to acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of HR professionals, but also to highlight the vital role of the HR department in the success and smooth functioning of any institution. He said that whenever an organization formulates policies, it is the HR department that ensures their effective implementation and compliance across all levels. He further added that HR serves as the backbone of organizational culture by promoting discipline, professionalism, transparency, teamwork, and employee wellbeing. He appreciated the HR team for their dedication in creating a positive and productive work environment within the hospital.

Speaking on the occasion, Senior Manager HR Mr. Ahmad Mumtaz said that the HR department acts as a bridge and facilitator between the organization and its employees. From recruitment planning, transparent scrutiny and interviews to onboarding, orientation, and implementation of organizational policies, every stage reflects the important role of HR. He further emphasized that in today’s rapidly evolving professional environment, employee training, capacity building, professional development, and continuous learning have become essential responsibilities of Human Resources. He stated that the HR department is committed to ensuring merit, fairness, employee engagement, and equal growth opportunities for all staff members.
