Youth Ambassadors Drive Change through Compassion and Commitment

The Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) hosted a heartwarming ceremony to honor the passionate contributions of student participants in the Indus Yaqeen Youth Ambassador Program. This program, rooted in IHHN’s mission to provide free, quality healthcare to all, is nurturing a new generation of changemakers who are redefining service, compassion, and civic engagement.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. Orya Maqbool Jan, renowned columnist and former bureaucrat, and Mr. Suneel Sarfraz Manj, CEO of PakWheels, who served as Guests of Honor. Their inspirational messages reinforced the pivotal role youth can play in transforming healthcare accessibility through community-led initiatives.

Throughout Ramadan 2025, student ambassadors from Message Grammar School and American Lycetuff School actively participated in the Indus Tarbiyat Activity. Through thoughtful contributions such as Tarbiyat Boxes and fundraising drives, students reflected core values of empathy, social responsibility, and faith in action. Their heartfelt efforts served as a powerful reminder that impactful change begins with sincere intention—regardless of age.

In addition, students from SKANS Institute of Accountancy and the University of Central Punjab were recognized for their outstanding dedication in promoting the hospital’s cause through awareness campaigns, bake sales, and peer-to-peer advocacy. Their commitment extended beyond academics into impactful community service, raising awareness about the importance of equitable and free healthcare.

These students are not just ambassadors—they are leaders of purpose, voices of compassion, and the torchbearers of a healthier tomorrow.
