Excellence Recognized: HR Directorate – IHHN North Region Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The Human Resources Directorate, Indus Hospital & Health Network North Region is pleased to announce the successful achievement of ISO 9001:2015 Certification. This milestone reflects the HR’s continued commitment to enhancing quality, efficiency, and standardization across all HR processes.

Mr. Umair Abbasi, Head of HR – North Region along with his core team, presented the certificate as a token of achievement to respected Mr. SM Pervez, Chairman IHHN Regional Board North.

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS) standard that focuses on continuous improvement, standardized procedures, transparency, and enhanced organizational performance

This accomplishment positions the Indus HR have the privilege of being the first HR Department in Pakistan’s healthcare sector to attained ISO certification independently, demonstrating adherence to internationally recognized quality management standards.

The certification underscores the HR’s focus on strengthening service delivery, ensuring transparency, and promoting operational excellence across the region. It also highlights the structured and systematic approach adopted to continuously improve HR systems and practices.

This achievement has been made possible through the dedication, collaboration, and support of all stakeholders. Special acknowledgement to Mr. Umair Abbasi, Head of Human Resources, North Region and his team placed in North, extended to Mr. Anis Nazarani, Chief HR Officer and Dr. Shafeeq Haider, Former Chief Executive Officer, North Region for their leadership and guidance throughout this journey.
