Vitrea Imaging Workshop Empowers Clinicians with Advanced Diagnostic Tools at RTEH

A hands-on training workshop on advanced imaging technology was recently conducted at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Hospital (RTEH) in collaboration with Mediquips, a leading provider of medical imaging solutions. The session offered practical demonstrations and focused training on Virtual Colonoscopy and CT Coronary Vascular Analysis, using the cutting-edge Vitrea software suite.

Vitrea is known for enhancing diagnostic precision in MRI and CT platforms through its integration of advanced imaging software and contrast agents. The workshop aimed to strengthen diagnostic capabilities and support RTEH’s commitment to continuous professional development and quality patient care.

The session was presided over by Dr. Sheraz Hassan, Medical Director at RTEH. It was organized under the leadership of Dr. Safdar Ali Sabri, Head of the Radiology Department and Consultant Radiologist, who played a central role in ensuring the success of the event.

The workshop was attended by several senior clinicians and department heads, including Dr. Rashid Kamal from the Infection Control Department, Dr. Faisal Usman from Paediatric Surgery, Dr. Atif Andrabi, Program Director, Dr. Aneel Razaq from Pulmonology, Dr. Sohail Khalid from Gastroenterology, Dr. Hussain Shah Gilani from the Medicine Department, and Dr. Zaman from Cardiology. Their presence and active engagement contributed significantly to the learning environment.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the distribution of tokens of appreciation to the speakers and organizing team in recognition of their valuable contributions to advancing diagnostic excellence at RTEH.
