World HR Day Celebrated at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh

Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh, commemorated World HR Day with a special ceremony attended by department heads and key personnel from various units. The event emphasized the crucial role of the Human Resources department in fostering a strong, compassionate, and efficient healthcare institution.

The ceremony began with a welcome address by Mr. Umar Aftab Khan, Head of HR at RTEH, who highlighted how HR goes beyond hiring and rules enforcement to empower individuals, promote growth, and create a culture where every team member feels valued and motivated.

Medical Director Dr. Shiraz Hassan praised the HR team’s proactive role in transforming the workplace into a community of care and accountability, ensuring the right people are positioned to serve with passion and purpose.

Dr. Fayaz Ahmed Malik, Consultant Pediatrician, added a lighter note with humorous anecdotes about HR’s impact, engaging the audience and drawing enthusiastic applause.

The event also featured reflections from senior staff, including Dr. Syed Faisal Usman, Dr. Aneel Razzaq, Dr. Irshad Hussain, Mr. Muhammad Ilyas, Mr. Usama Riaz, Dr. Rukhsana Batool, and Ms. Yasmeen Siraj. Each speaker underscored the HR department’s vital role in strengthening human capital, optimizing hospital operations, and enhancing patient care.
