Secretary Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Punjab Visits Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh

Mr. Azmat Mahmud (PAS), Secretary Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Punjab, visited Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital (RTEH), Muzaffargarh, to review the hospital’s operations and services.

During his visit, Mr. Mahmud toured critical departments, including Emergency, Dialysis, ICU, Operating Theatres, Pediatrics, Neonatal ICU, and the Physical Rehabilitation Center. The visit underscored his commitment to ensuring high standards of patient care across the region.

At the ICU, he interacted with patients, including Mr. Rehmatullah, a 62-year-old patient from Barkhan recovering from open-heart surgery. His engagement with the patients reflected a deep concern for their well-being and the quality of services provided by the hospital.

Dr. Irfan Javed, Head of Campus, provided a comprehensive briefing on the hospital’s operations. He highlighted the fully functional departments, ongoing healthcare programs, and future plans aimed at improving patient care. Dr. Javed also shed light on the challenges faced by the hospital and discussed potential solutions.

The Secretary expressed his appreciation for the hospital’s dedication to delivering quality healthcare services. He commended the team for their efforts and encouraged them to maintain their focus on excellence, ensuring accessible and compassionate care for the community.
