Healthy Posture, Healthy Life: Indus Hospital Drives Workplace Wellness
Indus Hospital and Health Network’s Physiotherapy Department led the way in promoting workplace wellness this World Physiotherapy Day, hosting two impactful sessions aimed at improving employee health and productivity. The events focused on the importance of proper posture and ergonomic solutions for office workers, attracting participation from key departments, including HR, IT, Admin, Labs, and Computer Users.
Throughout the sessions, senior physiotherapists Ms. Faiza Ahmed Raza and Mr. Qasim Raza highlighted essential posture techniques, offering practical advice to reduce back and neck pain while boosting productivity. They emphasized the benefits of creating ergonomic workspaces tailored to individual needs, sharing actionable strategies to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.
The goal of these sessions was to equip employees with the tools needed to maintain their well-being at work, promoting a healthier, more productive environment across the organization.
