System Analysis & Documentation Training Strengthens Business Analysis Skills at Indus Hospital

The IT Team at Indus Hospital & Health Network successfully conducted a full-day Business Analysis Workshop for staff members involved in requirement elicitation and process improvement.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Asad ur Rehman, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), who emphasized the importance of moving beyond simply gathering requirements to actively collaborating and engaging with stakeholders to address business challenges through automation.

The workshop also introduced participants to the fundamentals of Business Analysis, covering its six key knowledge areas:

Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring

Elicitation & Collaboration

Requirements Life Cycle Management

Strategy Analysis

Requirement Analysis & Design

Solution Evaluation

The interactive training was well-received by participants, who actively engaged in discussions and knowledge-sharing. At the conclusion of the workshop, CIO Shakeel Akhter highlighted its success and formally requested a follow-up session to continue building on the learning experience.
