Empowering Leaders Through Time Mastery “Seconds of Success” Workshop at IHHN

The Learning & Development (L&D) Department at Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN), Karachi, organized an engaging and thought-provoking workshop titled “Seconds of Success” as part of the Manager’s Toolkit initiative.

Focused on one of the most essential leadership skills — Time Management, the workshop was exclusively designed for IHHN managers to equip them with practical strategies to enhance focus, productivity, and professional impact.

The insightful session was conducted by Muhammad Yahya Noori, a distinguished educator, mentor, and digital learning leader with over 15 years of experience. Holding a PhD in Infection & Immunity, an MBA in Marketing, and an MSc in Organizational Psychology, Mr. Noori brought a unique blend of science, business, and psychology to empower participants with effective time mastery tools.
