World Pharmacists Day at GDA Pak-China Friendship Hospital

To mark World Pharmacists Day 2024, an event was organized at GDA Pak-China Friendship Hospital under the management of Indus Hospital & Health Network. The gathering brought together pharmacists, doctors, and other hospital staff to emphasize the crucial role pharmacists play in healthcare and to raise awareness about the safe and effective use of medicines. 

The event commenced with a recitation of the Holy Quran, with Pharmacist Hina Abdul Rahman and Pharmacist Sheela Yaqoob leading as hosts.

Head of Campus Dr. Affan Faiq Zada, Deputy Manager Administration Nadil Ali Baloch, and Head of Pharmacy Services Muhammad Muqadis Bilal addressed the participants, acknowledging the contributions of pharmacists to the health sector. They highlighted that pharmacists not only ensure a steady supply of medicines but also provide essential guidance for proper medication use.

In recognition of their dedicated efforts, the Head of Campus and Deputy Manager Administration concluded the event by presenting honorary certificates to the pharmacists, celebrating their invaluable service to the community.
