Indus Hospital & Health Network Partners with Lucky Core Industries Limited for Community Clinics in Khewra and Sheikhupura

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) and Lucky Core Industries Limited (LCI) have entered into a partnership to provide essential healthcare services at the Hamqadam Community Clinics in Khewra and Sheikhupura. This collaboration, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), reinforces both organisations’ commitment to improving public health and community well-being in underserved areas.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Syed Zafar Zaidi, CEO of IHHN, and Mr. Asif Jooma, Chief Executive of LCI, during a formal ceremony held in Karachi. Dr. Syed Zafar Zaidi, CEO of Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN), along with Dr. Hiba Ashraf, Director of the Primary Care Program, and Syed Khalid Hussain Shah, Senior Manager of the Community Health Directorate, joined Mr. Asif Jooma, Chief Executive of Lucky Core Industries Limited (LCI), Ms. Laila Bhatia Bawany, Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary, Mr. Omer Zafar, Head of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs, and Ms. Pernia Hassan, Manager of Creative and Brands, in a collaborative effort to advance healthcare initiatives at the Hamqadam Community Clinics in Khewra and Sheikhupura.

Under the agreement, LCI will provide funding to support the clinics’ operational costs, ensuring that healthcare services remain free for all patients. The clinics will offer a range of services to infants and mothers, including general consultation, medication provision, and necessary medical tests. IHHN will oversee and run the clinics’ operations and is responsible for maintaining high-quality healthcare standards, providing qualified medical staff, and implementing clinical protocols.

IHHN’s Community Health Directorate will manage the Hamqadam Community Clinics, aligning with IHHN’s mission of delivering accessible and comprehensive healthcare services. LCI’s philanthropic support for these clinics underscores its dedication to community welfare and sustainable socio-economic development in Pakistan.

With this partnership, IHHN and LCI aim to address healthcare gaps in Khewra and Sheikhupura, promoting the health and well-being of the community.
