Indus Hospital & Health Network Inaugurates New Community Health Center in Makli

Makli, Sindh – Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN), in collaboration with Bank Alfalah, proudly inaugurates a new Community Health Center in Makli, reaffirming its commitment to providing free, high-quality healthcare to underserved communities. This state-of-the-art facility will offer comprehensive medical services at no cost, ensuring that the most vulnerable receive the care they deserve.

During the inauguration ceremony, Dr. Abdul Bari Khan, President of IHHN, reflected on the organization’s extraordinary journey—from a 150-bed hospital at its inception to a nationwide network of approximately 110 healthcare facilities today. He expressed gratitude for the divine blessings, patient prayers, and the generosity of Pakistanis that have turned this vision into reality. “This is all the work of ALMIGHTY ALLAH. The prayers of our patients and the generosity of our people have made this dream possible,” he stated.

Dr. Zafar Zaidi, CEO of IHHN, reaffirmed the organization’s dedication to expanding healthcare access across Pakistan. “Indus, with the support of generous individuals and institutions like Bank Alfalah, will continue to establish such facilities in this region and beyond,” he emphasized.

The event also recognized Mr. Abdul Wahid Uqaili, a key donor, who praised Dr. Abdul Bari Khan’s visionary leadership. He also acknowledged the invaluable contributions of Mr. Yahya Chawla, Mr. Furqan Ahmed, and Mr. Anis Ahmed, whose collective efforts made this initiative possible.

Adding to the significance of the occasion, IHHN Board Members Mr. Abdul Hameed Paracha, Mr. Adnan Asdar, and Mr. Khaleeq ur Rehman, Chairman of the International Fundraising Committee, were also in attendance, further demonstrating their commitment to strengthening healthcare accessibility across Pakistan.

The Makli Community Health Center, made possible through the generous support of partners like Bank Alfalah, stands as a beacon of hope, ensuring accessible, quality healthcare for those in need.
