Fast Cables – Indus Hospital’s 11th Annual Golf Tournament 2025 Brings Together Lahore’s Leaders for a Lifesaving Cause
After the resounding success of its Karachi leg, the Fast Cables – Indus Hospital’s 11th Annual Golf Tournament 2025 was held in Lahore on December 21, 2025, at the Royal Palm Golf & Country Club. The event bridged the spirit of sportsmanship with philanthropy for a vital cause and united over 120 golfers in support of Indus Hospital & Health Network’s life-saving Emergency Services.
Mr. Kamal Mahmood Amjad Mian, CEO – Fast Cables, graced the occasion as Chief Guest; while several prominent figures from the business and philanthropic communities participated as well. Mr. Pervaiz Ahmed, Executive Director – Business Development Communication & Resource Generation Directorate – IHHN, welcomed the guests and hosted the event.
Mr. Tariq Azam, Executive Director – Communication Resource Development North, delivered a comprehensive presentation on IHHN’s vision and impact, describing the tournament as more than just a sporting event. He highlighted it as a shared commitment toward building a healthier Pakistan through compassion, collaboration, and purpose.
Carrying the spirit forward, Mr. Kamal Mian, commended IHHN’s selfless service to humanity, highlighting the broader purpose of the event — converting collective goodwill into real-time healthcare impact.
Speaking at the occasion, Dr. Abdul Bari Khan, President – IHHN, expressed sincere gratitude to the participants and sponsors, emphasizing that their collective support plays a critical role in delivering timely care and restoring hope for thousands of patients across the country.
Played in the Individual Stableford format, the tournament offered an exciting competitive experience while fostering meaningful connections among philanthropists, corporate leaders, and supporters of free healthcare. Funds raised through the tournament will directly support IHHN’s Emergency Response (ER) nationwide, which provide free treatment to thousands of patients every month.
Concluding the ceremony, Dr. Shafique Haider, CEO – North IHHN, extended heartfelt appreciation to all participants and supporters for making the event both impactful and memorable.
Since its inception in 2016, the Indus Hospital Golf Tournament has evolved into a hallmark fundraising initiative, successfully blending sport with social impact and mobilizing communities across Pakistan to support free and accessible healthcare for all.
