Delegation from France Recognizes Indus Hospital as a Global Example of Dignified Healthcare

A spirit of shared humanity marked the visit of a French delegation of dignitaries and diplomats to Indus Hospital, Jubilee Town, Lahore, where they witnessed how compassion and clinical excellence unite to provide free, dignified healthcare to millions across Pakistan.

The visiting group included Mr. Abdelkader Boukennatt, Mr. Mohamed Abdelmalek, Mr. Ahmed Homm, Mrs. Jamila Kaddour, Mr. Sibt Muzzamil, Mrs. Hamida Khouas, Ms. Rabia Khouas, Mr. Fahd Muzzamil, Ms. Myriam Saidi Nait, Ms. Maria Chiminjer, Ms. Dumitrita Chiminjer, Ms. Karima Talbi, Ms. Rongier Alice Aldja, Mr. Mohammad Salman, and Mr. Ashiq Zeeshan.

The delegation was welcomed by Ms. Ayesha Farooq, Assistant Manager, MarCom – CRD, and taken on a guided tour by Mr. Waqas Ahmed, Manager MarCom – CRD, where they explored hospital facilities and observed the meticulous cleanliness, patient-centered care, and seamless integration of technology that define Indus Hospital’s operations.

Deeply impressed by the professionalism, compassion, and commitment to treating every patient with dignity — completely free of cost — the visitors commended IHHN’s large-scale impact and its dedication to serving communities across Pakistan without discrimination.

“It is extraordinary to see such a high standard of healthcare delivered entirely free of cost,” remarked Mr. Abdelkader Boukennatt.

Mrs. Jamila Kaddour added, “What we’ve seen here reflects the best of humanity — and it leaves a lasting impression.”

Following the tour, Mr. Tariq Azam, Executive Director, CRD – North, delivered a presentation outlining IHHN’s journey, its nationwide footprint, and how the network treats six million patients annually through its hospitals and community programs.

As the visit concluded, the delegation commended IHHN’s unwavering commitment to accessible, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare — calling it “a model of excellence the world can learn from.”
