Welcoming the Newest Members of Our Mission: Employee Orientation at IHHN

At the Indus Hospital & Health Network, every new beginning brings us closer to our vision: Excellence in Healthcare, Free for All, to Please Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala.

Our recent Employee Orientation Session was a heartfelt welcome to the newest members of our growing family. Led by the Learning & Development team, the session focused not only on policies and protocols but also on purpose, passion, and the meaningful impact of our collective mission.

Dr. Abdul Bari Khan, President IHHN, continues to inspire each team member by aligning them with Indus’s commitment to providing completely free, high-quality healthcare across Pakistan with compassion, dignity, and sincerity. With every new individual who joins us, this mission grows stronger and more deeply rooted in faith and service.

The orientation introduced our core values: compassion, integrity, innovation, and teamwork. It also reinforced the foundation on which IHHN is built, which includes honesty, mutual respect, and unity. These values ensure that every patient and staff member is treated with fairness, dignity, and care.

A strong emphasis was placed on creating a safe and responsible environment for both patients and staff. IHHN follows international standards, including infection control and sterilization practices, to ensure that every patient is treated not only with kindness but also with the utmost care and responsibility.

The session also highlighted the role of the Quality Improvement & Patient Safety department in continuously enhancing the quality of care. The Fire and Safety team contributes to maintaining a well-prepared and protected environment across the network.

Walking through the halls of Indus is more than fulfilling a duty. It is a journey of compassion, responsibility, and faith. With every new member who joins, we strengthen our collective resolve to heal with heart, serve with purpose, and live by our vision of Excellence in Healthcare, Free for All, to Please Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala.
