Empowering Future Leaders: Indus Yaqeen Youth Ambassador Program Honors Young Changemakers

The Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) continues to empower the next generation through the Indus Yaqeen Youth Ambassador Program a platform that inspires youth to lead with compassion, service, and a commitment to community development. Rooted in IHHN’s mission to provide free-of-cost, quality healthcare to all, the program brings together passionate students who are making a real difference.

On May 15, 2025, a special recognition event was held to celebrate the outstanding contributions of these young ambassadors. The event was graced by Mr. Orya Maqbool Jan, renowned columnist and former bureaucrat, and Mr. Suneel Sarfraz Manj, CEO of PakWheels, as Guests of Honor. Their encouraging words served as a reminder of the vital role youth play in shaping a better, more equitable future.

During the Ramadan 2025 campaign, student ambassadors from Message Grammar School and American Lycetuff School actively participated in the Indus Tarbiyat Activity. With heartfelt dedication, they engaged in fundraising and distributed Tarbiyat Boxes, embodying the values of empathy, responsibility, and faith in action. Their efforts highlighted the profound impact of youth-led giving and inspired others to contribute toward a noble cause.

In addition, students from SKANS Institute of Accountancy and the University of Central Punjab were acknowledged for their impactful initiatives in support of IHHN’s mission. From Ramadan awareness drives to bake sales and advocacy on various platforms, these students showcased extraordinary commitment beyond their academic pursuits.

These young ambassadors are more than just volunteers, they are the voices of change, the future of community health leadership, and a reflection of the hope and compassion that define IHHN’s vision.
