Online Payment Gateway Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online payment gateway (“Gateway”) by merchants (“Merchants”) for processing online payments. By using the Gateway, Merchants agree to these Terms.

Authorization and Processing
The Gateway will transmit payment authorization requests to issuing banks and process payment transactions on behalf of Merchants. Transactions may be approved or declined based on the issuing bank's decision.

Payment Types
The Gateway supports various payment types, including credit cards, debit cards, and alternative payment methods. Merchants may choose to accept one or more payment types through the Gateway.

Transactions Fees
Merchants will be charged a transaction fee for each payment processed through the Gateway. The transaction fee will be specified in the Merchant Agreement and may be subject to change.

Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds and chargebacks may be initiated by customers for various reasons, such as disputed transactions or product returns. The Gateway will process refunds and chargebacks on behalf of Merchants in accordance with industry standards. Merchants are responsible for any chargeback or refund fees assessed by the Gateway.

Security
The Gateway implements industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access to payment information. However, Merchants are responsible for ensuring the security of their own systems and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy.

Confidentiality
Payment information processed through the Gateway is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law or to facilitate payment processing.

Termination
Either party may terminate the use of the Gateway at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Merchants must immediately cease using the Gateway and destroy any related confidential information in their possession.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The Gateway is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Gateway provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Gateway or the information, content, materials, or products included on it.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Gateway provider be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Gateway, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the use of the Gateway will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or any other mutually agreed upon dispute resolution process.

Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Gateway provider operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Gateway provider and Merchants with respect to the use of the Gateway and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.

Amendment
The Gateway provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on its website. Continued use of the Gateway following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

A chemical engineer by profession, Abdul Karim Paracha is currently serving as the chairman of the Board of Directors of Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) and as chairman of Emkay Lines (Pvt.) Ltd and CIM Shipping Group.

I am deeply honored to be part of the journey of Indus Hospital & Health Network. I pray that together we are truly able to follow our vision to provide excellent and free healthcare service to all to please Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala.

With over four decades of experience in the shipping industry, Abdul Karim Paracha pioneered and inaugurated the first Pakistani Non-Vessel Owning Common Carrier (NVOCC) in the region which is providing new opportunities to the transportation and shipping business community.

Abdul Karim Paracha is the founding member of the Indus Hospital & Health Network and since inception has been providing valuable support to the Network as it continues with its mission of providing free-of-cost quality healthcare.

Abdul Karim Paracha is also part of several sub-committees of the IHHN Board. He is presently serving as a member of the Audit & Finance Committee, as chairman of the Community Health Committee, member of the Fund Raising – International Committee, and as member of the Quality Improvement & Patient Safety -Committee.

In 2015, Abdul Karim Paracha was given the Life Time Achievement and Best NVOCC Award by the Minister of Ports and Shipping.
