Training Session on AFP Held at Dr. Sikandar Ali Mandhro Civil Hospital Badin.

Badin, [24 April], 2024 – Today, a special training session took place at the Dr. Sikandar Ali Mandhro Civil Hospital Badin. The focus was on Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP), a serious health issue, and how to deal with it effectively. The event brought together medical experts who shared important information to improve immunization practices and fight AFP.

Dr. Zahirudin Memon, the District Health Officer of Badin, started the session with a talk about the importance of immunization. He explained why it’s crucial to get vaccinated to prevent diseases like AFP. Dr. Memon’s talk helped everyone understand how immunization can keep us safe from dangerous illnesses. 

Also joining the discussion was Dr. Mohammad Akhlaque Khan, Head of campus Dr. Sikandar Ali Mandhro Civil hospital Badin. Dr. Mohammad Akhlaque Khan shared his own experiences and thoughts on healthcare. His insights added a lot to the conversation, showing different ways we can improve healthcare services.
