IHHN’s 6th Corporate Cricket Championship Brings Lahore’s Corporate Community Together in Support of Childhood Cancer Care

The Indus Hospital & Health Network held its 6th Annual Corporate Cricket Championship in Lahore on 19th & 20th September, bringing together 10 leading corporate teams for two days of competitive cricket for a noble cause,  supporting childhood cancer treatment at IHHN.

The teams from NovaMed, Samba Bank, Meezan Bank, AEML, Ghani Group, DESCON, SKANS, Zaman Foundation, Servis Foundation, and CHT Pakistan competed in a spirited series of matches, while their participation helped raise support for IHHN’s Pediatric Oncology services.

The championship final saw Ghani Global Group take on NovaMed in a closely contested match, with Ghani Global Group emerging as the tournament winner.

Speaking at the occasion, Tariq Azam, Executive Director CRD, IHHN, said, “This championship reflects the spirit of humanity and collective responsibility. Children battling cancer deserve every opportunity to live healthy and happy lives, and it is heartening to see the corporate community come together to bring hope, support and solidarity to them and their families.”

IHHN management expressed their appreciation to all participating teams, corporate partners, sponsors, volunteers and supporters whose contribution helped make the Lahore leg of the championship possible.

The 6th Corporate Cricket Championship will now move to Faisalabad and Multan with the upcoming events continuing to raise support for IHHN’s Pediatric Oncology services and helping more children access timely, quality cancer treatment without financial barriers.
