Indus Hospital & Health Network Partners with Science Fuse to Promote Healing Through Science Engagement

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) has entered into a strategic collaboration with Science Fuse Pvt. Ltd. to introduce interactive science engagement sessions for pediatric patients across its facilities in Karachi and Lahore.

The agreement was formally signed by Dr. Syed Zafar Zaidi, CEO, Indus Hospital & Health Network, and Ms. Lala Rukh Fazl Ur Rehman, CEO, Science Fuse Pvt. Ltd., marking the beginning of a two-year partnership focused on enhancing patient experience through innovative learning.

Through this initiative, Science Fuse will conduct monthly science-based sessions designed to engage young patients in interactive demonstrations, simplified experiments, and creative learning activities tailored to their health conditions.

Under the agreement, sessions will be held at Indus University Hospital, Karachi, and IHHN’s Jubilee Town campus in Lahore. Each session will be conducted in close coordination with hospital administration and medical teams to ensure patient safety while creating a stimulating and uplifting environment for children undergoing treatment.

Highlighting the significance of the collaboration, both organizations reaffirmed their commitment to holistic care—supporting not only the physical but also the emotional and mental well-being of pediatric patients.

The initiative will also actively involve Indus Yaqeen youth volunteers, who will support the sessions and receive training in science communication. These volunteers will be empowered to continue similar engagements independently, extending the program’s impact to more pediatric patients.

This collaboration reflects IHHN’s continued commitment to providing free-of-cost, high-quality healthcare while creating a compassionate and enriching environment for its patients.
