Indus Hospital Conducts Three-Day Trainer Bootcamp to Build Internal Training Capacity

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) successfully conducted a three-day Trainer Bootcamp, aimed at strengthening internal training capacity and developing confident, skilled trainers across the organization.

The bootcamp was facilitated by Mr. Syed Ahmed Ali Shah, who led participants through an immersive learning experience focused on effective training design, delivery, and engagement. The sessions enabled participants to step into the trainer’s role with confidence, learning how to design impactful and memorable training sessions.

Throughout the program, participants explored interactive techniques and practical activities to engage diverse audiences. The bootcamp also focused on enhancing coaching, communication, and leadership skills, empowering participants to inspire, motivate, and guide learners more effectively.

On the concluding day, IHHN was honored to have Ms. Saman Mazhar, Ms. Shabista Bakhtiar, and Mr. Tausif Akram Niazi join as guest experts and jury members. Their valuable feedback and insights added depth to the learning experience and encouraged participants to reflect, improve, and grow in their trainer roles.
