Building Compassion: Roots Millenium Schools Unite for Indus Hospital’s Mission.

The students and management of Roots Millennium Schools have made a remarkable contribution to Indus Hospital and Health Network, raising and donating 4.4 million rupees to support healthcare for underprivileged communities, especially for pediatric oncology patients at Indus Hospital. This initiative was a result of a collaboration established with Roots Millennium schools and Indus Hospital to promote the values of giving and social responsibility among young students.

Over 14,000 “Tarbiyat Boxes” were distributed across 40 schools in 14 cities, encouraging students to save and contribute towards providing healthcare support for those in need. The Tarbiyat Box campaign became a hands-on learning experience for students, allowing them to participate in fundraising efforts that have made a direct impact on providing health facilities to underserved communities.

Recently, the management of Roots Millennium Schools held a ceremony to celebrate the campaign’s success and officially handed over the donation to Indus Hospital. The event highlighted the collaborative spirit between the two organizations and recognized Indus Hospital’s commitment to instilling values of saving and community support in young people. This partnership is a testament to the impact that educational institutions and healthcare organizations can achieve together in building a more compassionate, and supportive society.
