Fostering a Culture of Respect and Responsibility: Dr. Sikandar Ali Memon Leads Session on Work Ethics at IHHN Badin Campus
A core focus of the session was compassionate patient interaction. Dr. Memon urged staff to treat every patient with kindness, respect, and honesty. “How we treat our patients reflects the values we stand for,” he noted, underscoring the role of clear and empathetic communication in building patient trust. >>
 
Indus Hospital & Health Network Collaborates with Civil Hospital Mirpurkhas to Establish Pediatric Cancer Ward
During the session, Dr. Syed Ahmer Hamid from IHHN shared alarming data, highlighting that each year, 2,000 to 2,500 children in Sindh are diagnosed with cancer, with approximately 1,500 coming from rural areas. Many of these children face financial and logistical challenges in traveling to Karachi for treatment. In response, IHHN aims to bring early diagnosis and essential pediatric oncology care closer to home by initiating services at Civil Hospital Mirpurkhas.>>
