Dr. Naseem Salahuddin: A legacy

IHHN announced the establishment of the Dr. Naseem Salahuddin Center of Excellence for Infectious Diseases in recognition of the late physician’s transformative contributions to infectious disease care, research, and training in Pakistan. A pioneer in the fields of rabies, tuberculosis, HIV, and antimicrobial stewardship, Dr. Salahuddin helped build clinical and research capacity that continues to shape national healthcare practice. The new center will carry forward her vision by advancing infectious diseases research, education, and evidence-based patient care while inspiring future generations of clinicians and researchers.
