“Giving birth is one of the most difficult experiences for any woman. Naturally, I too was scared and wanted to be around my family for the birth of my son. I delivered my daughter three years ago in Karachi, away from my entire family. I was so alone. So this time, for my son’s birth I traveled to Bhong to be close to my parents, I was worried about how I would be able to safely deliver my baby in Bhong. However, when I got there, I registered with the Indus Hospital in Bhong. The warmth and care I received from the staff in the Bhong facility made me feel like I was being taken care of by my own family. The nurses were so attentive, I felt like they were my real sisters. The staff at the hospital and my family made me feel so much at home, I was surrounded by love, care and safe treatment. I was delighted to be in Bhong for my delivery.

Also, it was such a relief that this hospital was absolutely free of charge. My husband is a barber in Karachi but we were stuck in Bhong with no employment due to lockdown, he was extremely worried about the hospital charges for my delivery, but thankfully we did not have to spend a single penny at Indus.
