IHHN Conducts Hand Hygiene Sessions at DHACSS Campuses in Karachi

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) held Hand Hygiene Sessions at two campuses of DHA College & School System in Phase 7 and 8, in Karachi.

Focussing on the core message of Prevention is Better than Cure, the children from Kindergarten to Grade 3 were taught the basic steps to wash hands with soap or sanitise using sanitiser. In a fun-filled activity, the children were taught about the benefits of keeping hands clean. Timely and correctly washing or sanitising hands can help prevent germ attack and hence keep the children safe and healthy.

Indus Yaqeen youth ambassadors (Senior students from College of Nursing & Midwifery, Indus University of Health Sciences) conducted the practical demonstration-based sessions. Through these CSR activities, IHHN aims to educate children at an early stage to learn and develop the habit of staying clean and build a healthier and safe environment for themselves and the community we live in.
