MIKD Sports & Food Gala Draws Enthusiastic Participation

The Multan Institute of Kidney Disease (MIKD) Sports & Food Gala, a vibrant celebration of sportsmanship and camaraderie, saw a thrilling array of games and activities held at its prestigious venue.

The gala featured a mix of traditional sports and recreational games, including Cricket, Badminton, Ludo, Tug of War, Musical Chairs, and Painting, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. Participants from various teams, including Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital (RTEH), RBC, MIKD, and the South Punjab Health Secretariat, showcased their skills and competitive spirit throughout the day.

The spectators were treated to thrilling matches and engaging activities, creating an atmosphere of excitement and festivity. Distinguished guests also graced the occasion. Among them were Muhammad Afzal Nasir Khan, Secretary of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, South Punjab; Mr. Usama Riaz Manager Administration, RTEH; and Ali Imran Zaidi, Head of Campus, RTEH.

Mr. Ali Imran Zaidi, delighted at the success of the event, emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering community spirit and promoting a healthy lifestyle among individuals of all ages. Later on, Ali Imran Zaidi stepped forward to present a distinguished shield to the esteemed Chief Guest, Muhammad Afzal Nasir Khan, as a symbol of gratitude for his gracious presence and unwavering support towards the success of the gala.
